About Tally Night

Tally Night keeps score so you can keep playing. Open it on a phone at the table: it does the scoring for Yahtzee, Farkle, Cribbage, Darts and Cornhole, and works as a plain score pad for any other game.

Tally Night is an independent website from the same small publisher as Supply Math, Tire Ruler and Pool Ratio. It isn’t affiliated with any game maker; game names belong to their owners.

What we promise

• Free and private. No sign-up, no app. Names and scores stay on your device.
• Doesn’t lose the game. Every change is saved at once, and the screen stays on while a pad is open.
• Clean ads. If the site shows ads, they stay off the score pad.

How we score

• Yahtzee: the standard score card: upper boxes sum their number; 3/4 of a kind and chance sum all dice; full house 25, small straight 30, large straight 40, Yahtzee 50; 35 bonus at 63+ upper; 100 per extra Yahtzee once the Yahtzee box has 50.
• Farkle: 1 = 100, 5 = 50, three of a kind = 100 × number (three 1s = 1,000 or 300, your choice), 4/5/6 of a kind = 1,000/2,000/3,000, six-dice combos (straight, three pairs, 4+2 = 1,500; two triplets = 2,500), switchable.
• Cribbage: every subset adding to 15 (2 each), pairs (2 each), longest runs with multiplicity, flush (4 in hand, 5 with the starter, crib needs 5), nobs (1).
• Darts: x01 with double out; busts below 2 or without a double. Checkouts use the fewest darts and prefer common doubles; we check every finish from 170 down in automated tests.
• Cornhole: hole 3, board 1, cancellation scoring, first to 21.
